IN THE TIME OF AH1N1

IT is all over the WORLD!

it is even here in the PHILIPPINES, doubling up victims every day.

That is why HAYLEY here got something to share to you...

USUAL TIPS ON HOW TO AVOID GETTING INFECTED BY THE AH1N1 VIRUS:

1. Regularly wash your hands with soap and water for 15 to 20 seconds. Try to do this after you cough or sneeze or touch surfaces in public places. If soap is not available, carry an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.

2. Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue whenever you cough or sneeze. And immediately dispose of the tissue after use. 

3. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth as the flu virus can enter your body that way. 

4. Avoid close contact with sick people and avoid places with large numbers of sick people such as hospitals. 

5. If you have flu symptoms, call your doctor to see if you should receive one f the recommended prescription drugs. The swine flu virus is susceptible to the prescription flu drugs Tamiflu and Relenza.

6. If you think you may have the flu, stay home from work or school and avoid close contact with family members and others.

7.Avoid direct contact with pigs. You cannot get swine influenza from eating pork or pork products.

WATER ADVENTURE 1

HAYLEY loves water... obviously!!!

Once you put her in, you'll surely have a hard time taking her out.

So we see to it to bring her to the beach once in a while...

Independence day of 2009, we went to OLAER SWIMMING RESORT, that is in GENERAL SANTOS CITY...

Few people are enjoying the fresh and clean water from the time we got there until we decided to call it a day...

After few hours of swimming HAYLEY, knocked out and slept on the FLOATER with ATE LOVE2...

She was at peace as they are being blown by the wind... Poor ate love-love though.. she got a stiffed neck...

HAYLEY OFF TO MALL

School Year 2009-2010 is opening up.. so the commercial establishments got on its feet and again made another blinding SALE!...

BIG SALE they say...

so with HAYLEY tagging along, as always.. OFF WE WENT TO THE MALL!

FIRST STOP: the department store... and hayley cannot resist her fascination with balls.. different kinds of BALLS... hihi

Got tired of walking around... we decided to make a DETOUR...

and go back HOME... its past hayley's bed time...

When time and weather permits, HAYLEY is ON the ROAD...

On a SATURDAY.. when mama is not busy... she took hayley and her mamis to the farm at LIGAYA...

Upon arriving, this what welcome them...

Now time for a little fun and adventure...

maybe... in way it is... 

if my place, which is by the way in Southern part of Mindanao is not SAFE... HAYLEY cannot have her first experience of a birthday party at JOLLIBEE like this... haha.. ang layo sa introduction noh?

Actually, this post's original title is MY FIRST PARTY with JOBEE... until i read the news in PDI made me change the title to give it a bit of a PANG...

I really dont know what's with JOLLIBEE that everytime a baby, toddler or a child passes by on one of its outlet, they go GA-GA...

mom's often used jollibee as bribes... 

Hayley is head over heels JOLLIBEE... its pretty obvious... she can't take her eyes off him...
